Kris Lopez, MSW, LCSW has been working in the mental health field for 15 years and as a clinician with Centus Counseling since 2022. She has worked in the Susan School Counseling: A Centus Program, serving PreK – 12th grade, and as an outpatient clinician serving adolescents and adults.

Kris received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University San Marcos in CA and her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has a background in working with families navigating the Child Welfare System and families/persons living with addiction and recovery. Kris has worked abroad supporting small communities in integrating grassroots mental health initiatives, as well as building and running national youth camps supporting healthy lifestyle, leadership, and advocacy.
